Shop windows can be moved, resized and minimised, every purchase shows a receipt first, and four fixes you reported.
Every purchase is shown before it is made. What is in stock and what one costs, at a glance.
The shop window
Drag the shop window's title bar to move it, drag its corner to make it bigger or smaller, or minimise it to a small bar to watch your character and your stall; it remembers where you left it. Buying shows a receipt - the item, how many, the price of each, the total and your gold after - and only buys when you press CONFIRM. The shelves show what is in stock and the price of one in their own columns, the BUY button shows the total for the amount you typed, and a shop's chat says who comes in. You can chat in world, guild and party chat while a shop window is open, and typing in a box no longer opens other windows.
Vending near NPCs
A stall now only has to stay off an NPC himself - it no longer needs a wide space around wherever he walks - so shops can be set up much closer to the town's people.
Fixes you reported
Losing a duel, or dying inside a safe zone, no longer drops your items. Trading or selling an upgraded forged blade now passes its upgrade along with it - a +15 bought is a +15. An enemy's or a monster's health bar no longer stays stuck on the screen after they are gone. And in the browser, Esc in full screen now opens the Settings - hold Esc to leave full screen.

Vending gets a shop front
Open a shop and you now sit beside your own stall, with your shop's name over your head for everyone to see.
Four stalls in the square, each with its title over its seller. Click a title to open that shop.
Your shop's title sits in a chat box on top of your name, styled to match your stall, and a crowd of shops stacks its boxes so every name stays readable. Click a box and that shop opens. While you vend you sit at your stall with your sword on your back.
Four stalls
The Royal Pavilion, with its crowned title box.Every stall has its own shop window.
The Market Stand is free and holds 12 items. The Merchant's Cart is free too once you reach Merchant level 5, and holds 16. The Grand Counter Stall ($5.99, 20 items) and the Royal Pavilion ($9.99, 30 items) are skins bought with Robinhood Chain ETH in the shop window, and stay on your account through the server wipe.
Merchant level
Every sale or purchase at a player's shop worth 20 gold or more gives both the seller and the buyer 10 Merchant XP. Levels come at 40, 100, 180 and 300 XP; level 5 unlocks the Merchant's Cart.
Haggle in the shop
The shop's own chat: the seller and everyone browsing can talk there.
The shop window has its own chat for the seller and everyone browsing, Ragnarok style. A seller with the window closed still sees the lines in the main chat.
Room to move
A stall can't be set up on top of another shop or crowd an NPC; you're told how far to step away. Ten Market Stands fit in a square about 11 by 5 metres.
A fix
Opening a shop was being refused for everyone with “Put something on the shelves first” because of a server error. It works now.

The Skyfeather jumps
Press Space while riding the Skyfeather and she beats her wings up onto whatever is in front of her.
Three wingbeats on the way up, the tail fanning in time, the legs tucked under her. From a full gallop, up onto a 1.6 m block (placed in the town for the test).
She crouches, pushes off, flaps three times on the way up and glides down with her wings open, reaching her legs down to land. She rises about 2.3 metres, more than twice as high as a hunter jumps on foot, and spends about a second in the air. Everyone around sees her flap. The Sporetrail Snail stays on the ground.
The VEND button
VEND now ends the top row of your bag, beside the search box.
It used to sit at the bottom of the bag on top of the item card's buttons. It now has a clear spot of its own.

She jumps about twice as high as you can on foot, so she can leap up onto ledges and rocks, even from a full gallop. Other players see her flap too.

Fairer hits in player fights
Hunters noticed that some players' health barely moved in a fight. It was not a cheat: three bugs in how the server counted hits, two of them on monsters too.
What was wrong
Battle Fury did not count against players. The attacker's screen showed the boosted blow, but the server counted it at normal damage, so every hit under Fury did a third less than it should have.
A swing was counted as the last key pressed. A blow lands a moment after the swing starts. A dash, a jump or a skill pressed in that moment made the server count the swing as the dash (and throw it away) or as the skill.
A skill straight after a swing was refused. The server measured every new move against the last swing of any kind, so a Smite chained right after an attack looked too soon and was turned down.
Every hit now carries the move that made it, player hits carry Battle Fury, and the server times each move against its own last use. The checks that stop a cheat from hitting too often, too far away or too many targets at once are unchanged.
Patch notes
Fixes
Battle Fury now adds its damage to your hits on other players. Until now it only counted against monsters.
A hit counts as the attack that made it. A swing that landed just as you dashed, jumped or used a skill was sometimes thrown away, or counted as the wrong move.
A skill used straight after a normal swing is no longer turned down by the server. Smite, Lunge and Whirl now land when you chain them right after an attack, on monsters and on players.
The third swing's wave counts as that swing, even after you start the next one.
Two hits that land on the same target at the same moment, like a swing and a skill, now both count. One of them used to be lost.
The server was updated first; update the game to get every fix.

The Frontier
The wide meadow north of the town's west wall has new residents. Crystal imps hunt in packs, armoured dead keep watch under the cliffs, and two world bosses keep opposite hours: the Crystal Troll rules the day, and the Void Knight walks only at night.
The four, as they stand in the meadow: a shardling, a hollow soldier, the Crystal Troll and the Void Knight.
Getting there
Take the path west from the Rune Golem to the giant tree, past the stumps and flutters every new hunter knows, and keep going west. The frontier's creatures are level 34 to 46, so bring friends.
The meadow from above, north up. The rings around the bosses are the reach of their biggest attacks: 6.5 m for the troll's stomp and 9 m for the knight's slam. Every frontier creature keeps well clear of the town's starter area by the giant tree.

Two bosses, two hours
A boss's spawn point holds it back outside its hour. When the hour ends it leaves at once if nobody is fighting it. If somebody is, it gives a minute's warning and then leaves anyway. A boss that left was not killed, so it comes back with its next hour. The whole server hears when a boss rises, calls its guard, is about to leave, and falls.

Near a boss, its health bar appears at the top of the screen: its name and level, its health, a sun or a moon for the hour it keeps, and a warning while the knight is warded.
The troll's bar, with the sun badge and its line: it returns to the stone at dusk.Warded: while its guard stands, every blow does half.
The Rune Golem is a boss too now. It shares its kill, shows the bar, and marks a ring on the ground before its slam.

The Frontier: the wide meadow north of the town's west wall. Take the path west from the Rune Golem to the giant tree and keep going west. Its creatures are level 34 to 46 – bring friends.
Shardlings (level 34): knee-high crystal imps that hunt in packs and leap at you from a distance.
Hollow Soldiers (level 44): void-touched skeletons in dark armour with black blades. They guard the cliffs at the north end.
Two world bosses:
The Crystal Troll (level 38) rules the DAY. It wakes at sunrise and returns to the stone at dusk. Its stomp marks a ring on the ground: get out before the ring closes. At 60% health it pounds its chest and calls three shardlings out of the ground; at 30% it calls three more and becomes enraged.
The Void Knight (level 46) rises only at NIGHT, and you will see its glowing violet eyes in the dark before you see the rest of it. It fades at dawn. At 70% health it calls its hollow guard: while the guard stands, the knight takes only half damage. Kill the guard first. Its slam marks a wide ring – watch the ground.
When a boss is about to leave with its hour while you are fighting it, you get a minute's warning to finish it.
Everyone hears when a boss rises, calls its guard, is about to leave, and falls.
A slain Crystal Troll returns after 30 minutes, by day. A slain Void Knight rests for 2 hours and then waits for the night. A boss that left with its hour comes back with the next one.
Bosses share their kill: EVERYONE who hit a boss in its last minute gets the full experience and gold and rolls the drops for themselves. No more last-hit stealing on a boss.
A boss health bar at the top of the screen when you are near a boss: its name, level and health, with a sun or a moon for the hour it keeps.
Six new materials: Troll Hide, Rime Crystal and Troll Heart (from the Crystal Troll and its shardlings), and Void Shard, Void Heart and Void Essence (from the Void Knight and the hollow soldiers).
Changes
Tier 4 blades now take a Troll Heart, 3 Troll Hides and 8 Rime Crystals, with 6 adamantium bars and 4 titanium ingots.
Tier 5 blades now take a Void Heart, a Void Essence, 2 Troll Hearts and 8 Void Shards, with 12 adamantium bars.
The Void enchants (+17 to +20) now take a Void Essence and 30 adamantium instead of two Ancient Runes.
The Rune Golem is a boss too: everyone who hit it shares its kill, it shows the boss bar, and its slam marks a ring on the ground.

Stats: open your character sheet (C). You have six stats – STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX and LUK – and points to spend: 30 at level 1, then 3 more every level (4 from level 5, 5 from level 10 and so on). Press +1 or +5 on a stat.
STR: +1% attack and skill damage a point.
AGI: +0.3% dodge and +0.2% move speed a point.
VIT: +4 max health, +1 DEF every two points, and health back while resting.
INT: +2 max mana, faster mana and +1% skill damage a point.
DEX: shorter skill cooldowns (up to 25%) and +1% critical damage a point.
LUK: +0.3% critical chance and +0.5% drop chance a point.
Raising a stat costs more the higher it goes: 2 points a step up to 11, 3 up to 21, and so on. The most any stat can be is 60.
Skill tree: the SKILLS tab on the character sheet. You get one skill point every level.
Smite, Lunge, Whirl and Battle Fury go up to level 10. Smite hits up to x4.0 with a shorter cooldown, Lunge reaches further, Whirl's ring grows to 6 m, and Battle Fury lasts up to 20 seconds.
Eight passives: Sword Mastery (+2% basic attack damage a level), Iron Skin (+1 DEF and +8 health), Forager (+3% gathering), Second Wind (health back while resting), Mana Flow (faster mana), Artisan (a chance of a bonus batch when refining or brewing), Keen Edge (+1% critical chance) and Lucky Find (+3% drop chance). Some open at higher levels or need another skill first – the tree shows what each one needs.
Critical hits: every hero now has a 5% critical chance before LUK, Keen Edge, the Prism Charm and a blade's Critical line. A critical deals x1.5.
Reset: your first reset of stats and skills is free (RESET BUILD on the character sheet – press it twice). After that a Reset Scroll does it again: Lyra, the Star Mage, sells them for 500 gold.
The forge and the cauldron now show where every material comes from, under its name: which monster drops it and how often, "refine at Brannoc", which nodes to mine, the Farmland oaks, farming or fishing.
Changes
Your health is now kept by the world server. Healing from potions, Percival, levelling up and resting all come from the server.
Resting heals only with VIT, Second Wind or food, and only after 6 seconds without being hit.
The character sheet shows your real critical chance, attack speed, DEF, dodge, move speed and mana regeneration.
Forge and cauldron requirements you have not reached now read "need 22" instead of "not yet".
Fixes
Other players' health bars now show their real maximum health.
Your own cloak's dodge no longer cancels some of your hits on other players.
Stats and skills are spent while you are connected to the world.

Percival's cauldron: talk to Percival the healer and choose "Brew at the cauldron". Brew 13 recipes from your crops, fish, logs, monster parts and adamantium. Brewing raises a new Alchemy level, and better recipes need a higher one.
Potions: Health Potion (heals 20%), Mana Potion (+50 mana), Large Health Potion (heals 50%) and Greater Health Potion (heals 80%).
Elixirs last 10 minutes, and one works at a time: Elixir of Stone (+20 DEF), Elixir of Might (+10% damage) and Elixir of Fortune (+15% drop chance).
Food lasts 10 minutes, and one works at a time: Bread, Grilled Trout and Carp Stew heal you while you are out of combat. Radish Salad restores mana, Melon Cooler gives +10% move speed, and Salmon Feast (15 minutes) heals you and adds +10% max health.
Drink or eat from your bag. Your active elixir and meal show under the health bar with the time left.
Forged tools: Brannoc's new TOOLS tab forges pickaxes, axes and fishing rods in Copper, Silver and Titanium. Keep one in your bag and it works by itself – the best one you carry counts.
Pickaxes and axes give +20% / +40% / +60% more ore, adamantium and logs.
A Titanium Pickaxe gives double adamantium from a topaz.
Rods widen the gold band on the fishing gauge (18% / 21% / 25%, from 15%).
Gathering levels now pay: every 10 gathering levels give +5% to everything you mine, chop, fish and harvest.
Trinkets at Brannoc's ARMOUR tab: Moonsilk Cloak (+3% dodge), Prism Charm (+3% critical chance), Fang Necklace (+5% damage) and Rune Ring (+8% skill damage). The cloak goes in the Cloak slot; the other three share the Belt slot, one at a time.
Changes
Enchanting at Lyra now takes materials as well as gold: Prism Scales for Frost (+1 to +4), Bear Claws for Ember (+5 to +8, plus an Alpha Fang at +8), Sap Resin for Venom, Ancient Runes for Arcane and Void, and adamantium on every step. Her window shows what the next step needs.
A PK death no longer resets your blade's enchant. Your equipped gear and forged items stay with you; the materials in your bag still drop.
Titanium ore now needs a Silver Pickaxe or better.
New characters start with 20 health potions.
Tools stay with you: they cannot be traded or vended, and Brannoc buys them back.

Brannoc's forge: Brannoc the smith now works the town anvil beside the furnace. Walk up and press F to open his forge.
Forge any of the 51 blades, in five metals: Copper, Silver, Titanium, Adamantium and Void. Every blade has its own damage and attack speed – quick blades hit lighter, heavy blades swing slower. A blade needs materials (ingots, planks, monster parts, adamantium), gold, your level and your Smithing level.
Bonus lines: every forged blade rolls four of Damage, Attack Speed, Critical Hit, Critical Damage, Skill Damage, Durability, Gold Find, Experience and Drop Rate. Better metals roll higher.
Rework: reroll a blade's bonus lines for adamantium (20 for Copper up to 250 for Void). Click up to two lines to lock them – the others are rolled again.
Armour: three sets of eight pieces – Barkhide, Bearskin and Runeplate. Armour adds defence and health. Wear it from your bag, from the equipment window (B), or at the forge.
Refine ore and logs into ingots and planks. The first Smithing levels come from here.
Durability: forged blades wear down as you fight – about an hour from new to broken. A broken blade still works but hits like your own blade until Brannoc mends it, for a fifth of what it cost to forge. Your own blade never wears.
Brannoc buys monster parts, refined metal and forged gear.
Forged blades and armour can be traded and vended. A blade's bonus lines go with it; your enchant on it stays with you.
The equipment window (B) shows the armour you wear and the blade in your hand, and Guard shows your armour's defence.
The forge works while you are connected to the world.

Monster drops: every creature now leaves parts behind. Woody Stumps drop Stump Bark, Sap Resin and the rare Heartwood Knot; Flutters drop Wing Dust, Prism Scale and the rare Moonsilk Thread; Bears drop Bear Pelt, Bear Fat, Bear Claw and the rare Alpha Fang; Rune Golems drop Rune Shards, Golem Cores and the epic Ancient Rune. Parts go straight into your bag. If it is full they fall at the monster – yours alone for 10 seconds, then anyone's. In a party, everyone standing nearby gets their own drops.
The treasure keeper buys parts: open Gribble's storage and press SELL PARTS.
Vending: open your own shop anywhere except the open PK field. Press VEND in your bag, set how many and a price for anything you carry, and a sign goes up over your head. Other hunters click the sign to buy. 3% of each sale goes to tax. The shop closes if you move or log off.
Mining now earns gathering levels, the same as chopping and farming.
Parts are what the Smith's forge will work with – crafting is next.

Names, your own blade and the ferry fare
A name of your own before you first connect, your class's own blade in every hand, and a ferry that charges its fare.
Patch notes
Changes
Hunter names: you now type a name of your own before you connect for the first time – a default name like "Kenji" or "Hunter" can no longer be used. If your hunter was registered under a default name by an accidental connect (it shows as "Kenji_" and four characters), the login page asks you for a real name: type it in the HUNTER NAME box and connect. That one rename is yours; after it the name is set for good.
Weapons: the 51 rack blades are no longer free for everyone. Every hunter now carries their class's own blade, and the other blades come back through the forge as crafting arrives. Your enchant was not lost: the highest enchant you had on any blade has moved onto your own blade, so you hit exactly as hard as before.
The ferry to the Farmlands now really charges its 50-gold fare – it could come back to your purse before. The trip home is still free, and you still need a pack on your back.
Fishing needs a fishing rod in your bag (Leo sells them), and mining needs your pickaxe.
Fixes
Enchanting: a blade could start from +0 at the Star Mage and lose the rank it had. Each blade keeps its own rank now, and the Star Mage enchants the blade in your hand.

Target lock fixes
Two small builds that made the target lock work with other hunters around.
Patch notes
Build 2026-09-30-0159
Fixes
Target lock with other hunters around: the frame at the top of the screen, the ring under your target, the white corners and the gold name could fail to show at all whenever other players were nearby – the game was reading another hunter's lock, which is always empty. It always reads yours now.
Clicking a dock button (bag, gear, sheet, guild, trophy, stable) no longer drops the target you have locked.
